目的：探讨戊酸雌二醇治疗绝经综合征的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月~2013年4月本院门诊及住院部的156例绝经综合征患者作为研究对象，给予戊酸雌二醇治疗，比较治疗前后的Kupperman评分、血清FSH及E2水平。结果156例患者在治疗后的Kupperman评分较治疗前显著减少，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，FSH水平较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，E2水平较治疗前明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论戊酸雌二醇能够有效缓解绝经综合征患者的临床症状，改善患者的FSH及E2水平，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토무산자이순치료절경종합정적림상효과。방법선취2011년1월~2013년4월본원문진급주원부적156례절경종합정환자작위연구대상，급여무산자이순치료，비교치료전후적Kupperman평분、혈청FSH급E2수평。결과156례환자재치료후적Kupperman평분교치료전현저감소，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)，FSH수평교치료전명현강저，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，E2수평교치료전명현승고，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론무산자이순능구유효완해절경종합정환자적림상증상，개선환자적FSH급E2수평，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol valerate in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods 156 cases with menopausal syndrome from January 2011 to April 2013 in the outpatient department and in-patient department of our hospital were selected and were treated with estradiol valerate. The patients’Kupperman scores,serum FSH and E2 levels before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the Kupperman score of the 156 patients was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.01),the level of FSH was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05),and the level of E2 was significantly higher than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion Estradiol valerate can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients with menopausal syndrome,improve the patients’FSH and E2 levels, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
