目的：分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的临床价值。方法选取2012年3月~2013年3月本院消化科收治的胃溃疡伴抑郁症患者80例，随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例。两组患者均采用常规疗法进行治疗，观察组在常规治疗方案的基础加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛进行治疗，治疗2个疗程后，分析两组患者的临床疗效以及抑郁量表评分情况。结果对照组患者的总有效率为70.0%，观察组为95.0%，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者接受治疗前HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后观察组与对照组患者的HAMD评分均明显下降(P<0.05)，且治疗后观察组患者的HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率较低，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的效果显著，不良反应发生率较低，值得临床推广应用。
목적：분석불고새둔미리곡신치료위궤양반억욱증적림상개치。방법선취2012년3월~2013년3월본원소화과수치적위궤양반억욱증환자80례，수궤분위관찰조40례화대조조40례。량조환자균채용상규요법진행치료，관찰조재상규치료방안적기출가용불고새둔미리곡신진행치료，치료2개료정후，분석량조환자적림상료효이급억욱량표평분정황。결과대조조환자적총유효솔위70.0%，관찰조위95.0%，관찰조적총유효솔현저고우대조조(P<0.05)；량조환자접수치료전HAMD평분차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)，치료후관찰조여대조조환자적HAMD평분균명현하강(P<0.05)，차치료후관찰조환자적HAMD평분현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。량조환자적불량반응발생솔교저，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론불고새둔미리곡신치료위궤양반억욱증적효과현저，불량반응발생솔교저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of flupentixol melitracen for the patients with gastric ulcers associ-ated with depression. Methods Eighty patients with gastric ulcers associated with depression admitted to the gastroen-terology Department of our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the ob-servation group with 40 patients and the control group with 40 patients.Both groups received conventional treatment and the observation group received flupentixol melitracen treatment on the basis of conventional treatment regimen.After 2 treatment courses,the clinical efficacy and depression scale scores of both groups were analyzed. Results The total ef-fective rate of the control group was 70.0%and that of the observation group was 95.0%,with the observation group sig-nificantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,the two groups were not significantly different in the HAMD score (P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD scores of both the observation group and the control group reduced significantly (P<0.05),and the HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions of both groups were low,without statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Flupentixol melitracen in treatment of gastric ulcers associated with shows remarkable efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
