目的：探讨髂腰固定术治疗垂直不稳DenisⅡ或Ⅲ型骶骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的76例垂直不稳DenisⅡ或Ⅲ型骶骨骨折患者，将其按照入院时间顺序分成对照组与治疗组，对照组患者接受常规手术治疗，治疗组接受髂腰固定术治疗。结果治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，手术时间、骨折完全愈合时间、骶骨生理功能恢复正常时间明显短于对照组，围术期的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者手术后的Gobbons评分与手术前比较均有所改善，且治疗组的改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论髂腰固定术治疗垂直不稳DenisⅡ或Ⅲ型骶骨骨折的临床效果非常明显。
목적：탐토가요고정술치료수직불은DenisⅡ혹Ⅲ형저골골절적림상효과。방법선취본원수치적76례수직불은DenisⅡ혹Ⅲ형저골골절환자，장기안조입원시간순서분성대조조여치료조，대조조환자접수상규수술치료，치료조접수가요고정술치료。결과치료조적치료효과명현우우대조조，수술시간、골절완전유합시간、저골생리공능회복정상시간명현단우대조조，위술기적불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조(P<0.05)；량조환자수술후적Gobbons평분여수술전비교균유소개선，차치료조적개선폭도대우대조조(P<0.05)。결론가요고정술치료수직불은DenisⅡ혹Ⅲ형저골골절적림상효과비상명현。
Objective To study the clinical effect of ilio-lumbar fixation operation treating vertically unstable Denis typeIIorⅢ sacrum fracture. Methods Seventy-six patients with vertically unstable Denis typeII orⅢ sacrum frac-ture admitted into our hospital were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the sequence of being hospitalized.In the control group,regular surgical method was provided,while in the treatment group,patients were treated by ilio-lumbar fixation operation. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was remarkably superior to that in the control group,the operation time,complete healing time of bone fracture,and physiological function of sacrum returning to be normal were all shorter in comparison with those in the control group and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Gobbons score after operation was improved in the two groups compared with before operation,and the improvement degree in the the treat-ment group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of ilio-lumbar fixation operation treating vertically unstable Denis typeIIorⅢ sacrum fracture is very obvious.
