目的：评价股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月~2013年4月本院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者78例，随机分为两组，其中观察组41例，使用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板进行治疗，对照组37例，使用动力髋螺钉进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间、功能恢复情况与术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01)，两组的并发症发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术效果好，手术对患者负荷较小，值得临床予以推广。
목적：평개고골근단해부형쇄정강판치료고골조륭간골절적림상효과。방법선취2012년3월~2013년4월본원수치적고골조륭간골절환자78례，수궤분위량조，기중관찰조41례，사용고골근단해부형쇄정강판진행치료，대조조37례，사용동력관라정진행치료，관찰병비교량조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、술후인류량、골절유합시간、공능회복정황여술후병발증발생정황。결과관찰조적수술시간、술중출혈량、술후인류량、골절유합시간여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，공능회복정황명현우우대조조(P<0.01)，량조적병발증발생정황비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론고골근단해부형쇄정강판치료고골조륭간골절적수술효과호，수술대환자부하교소，치득림상여이추엄。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of proximal femoral anatomical locking plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 78 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who were admitted into our hospital from March 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly allocated to the two groups.41 patients in the observation group received the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures,and 37 patients in the control group received the treatment of dynamic hip screw.Surgical time,the amount of bleeding during the surgery,postoperative drainage volume,fracture healing time,recovery of function and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There was a statistical difference of surgical time,the amount of bleeding during surgery, postoperative drainage volume,fracture healing time of the two groups (P<0.05),the recovery of function in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.01),there was no statistical difference of d postoperative complica-tions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Proximal femoral anatomical locking plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures has a favorable surgical effect with minor surgical burdens on patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
