目的：分析整形美容技术在早期乳腺癌患者术后的临床效果。方法将90例早期乳腺癌患者随机抽取60例为观察组，在实行乳房改良根治术治疗后，采用腹直肌肌皮瓣方式进行整形手术，其余30例患者为对照组仅单纯实行乳房改良根治术，比较术后5年两组患者的生存率、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果两组患者术后5年的生存率均均为86.67%，观察组的并发症的发生率为8.33%，与对照组(6.67%)比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实行乳房整形美容技术和乳房改良根治术一样安全，但却能显著提高患者的生活质量，值得推广。
목적：분석정형미용기술재조기유선암환자술후적림상효과。방법장90례조기유선암환자수궤추취60례위관찰조，재실행유방개량근치술치료후，채용복직기기피판방식진행정형수술，기여30례환자위대조조부단순실행유방개량근치술，비교술후5년량조환자적생존솔、병발증발생솔급생활질량평분。결과량조환자술후5년적생존솔균균위86.67%，관찰조적병발증적발생솔위8.33%，여대조조(6.67%)비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)，관찰조환자적생활질량평분명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론실행유방정형미용기술화유방개량근치술일양안전，단각능현저제고환자적생활질량，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aesthetic aesthetic technology in patients after early stage breast cancer operation. Methods 60 cases with early stage breast cancer were selected randomly from 90 patients as the observation group.The observation group received the rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap after the treatment of modified radical mastectomy.Another 30 patients were selected as the control group,the control group only received the treatment of modified radical mastectomy.The survival rate,the incidence rate of complication rate and score of life quality in the two groups after 5 years operation were compared. Results After 5 years operation,survival rate of the two groups were both 86.67%,complication rate of the control group and the observation group was 6.67% and 8.33% re-spectively,and there was a statistical difference of incidence rate of complication of the two groups (P>0.05).The score of life quality in the observation group is obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The plastic and aesthetic surgery is as safe as modified radical mastectomy,and it can also improve the life quality of the patients.It is worthy of promotion.
