目的:探讨黄芪甲苷对甲基苯丙胺慢性染毒大鼠脑组织损伤的干预与保护作用。方法建立甲基苯丙胺(MA)慢性染毒大鼠实验动物模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的黄芪甲苷(10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg),观察各组大鼠脑组织海马区和纹状体区一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化及相互关系。结果 MA慢性染毒组脑组织海马区NO、MDA含量显著升高,SOD活力下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);黄芪甲苷大剂量组(20 mg/kg)与MA模型组相比,脑组织海马区NO、MDA含量降低,SOD活力升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄芪甲苷能够降低MA慢性染毒大鼠脑组织海马区NO、MDA含量,升高SOD活力,并通过抗氧化作用对中枢神经系统的损伤有一定的干预与保护作用。

목적:탐토황기갑감대갑기분병알만성염독대서뇌조직손상적간예여보호작용。방법건립갑기분병알(MA)만성염독대서실험동물모형,관위급여불동제량적황기갑감(10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg),관찰각조대서뇌조직해마구화문상체구일양화담(NO)、병이철(MDA)화초양화물기화매(SOD)함량적변화급상호관계。결과 MA만성염독조뇌조직해마구NO、MDA함량현저승고,SOD활력하강,여대조조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);황기갑감대제량조(20 mg/kg)여MA모형조상비,뇌조직해마구NO、MDA함량강저,SOD활력승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론황기갑감능구강저MA만성염독대서뇌조직해마구NO、MDA함량,승고SOD활력,병통과항양화작용대중추신경계통적손상유일정적간예여보호작용。
Objective To explore the intervention and protective effects of astragaloside Ⅳ on brain tissue in chronic methamphetamine dependent rat model. Methods The chronic methamphetamine dependent rat model was established by intragastric administration of astragasloside Ⅳ.NO,MDA content and SOD activity in hippocampus were detected in different groups. Results In chronic methamphephetamine group,the expression level of NO and MDA was increased, SOD activity was decreased,compared with the control group,there was statistically significance(P<0.01).In astragalosideⅣhigh dose group(20 mg/kg),the content level of MDA was decreased and SOD activity was increased,there was statis-tically significance,compared with chronic methamphephetamine group(P<0.01). Conclusion Astragaloside Ⅳ can re-duce the NO and MDA content in the hippocampus MA chronic infected rats,increases SOD activity.On the central ner-vous system damage,Astragaloside Ⅳ has a certain role in the intervention and protection by antioxidant function,and has protective effect on brain tissue.
