目的:探讨极低频电磁场对不同性别断乳小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法采用50 Hz,2.0 mT电磁场对断乳后的雌性、雄性小鼠进行长期磁场照射(1h/d,连续2周),对照组进行假照射,应用Y-迷宫实验观察各组小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果经电磁场照射后,雌性和雄性磁场组小鼠进入各个臂的时间、次数以及时间、次数百分比与各自对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),雌性对照组与雄性对照组进入各个臂的时间、次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论50 Hz,2.0 mT极低频电磁场对不同性别小鼠在Y-迷宫中的学习记忆无影响,并且在学习记忆能力上雌雄性别无差异。

목적:탐토겁저빈전자장대불동성별단유소서학습기억능력적영향。방법채용50 Hz,2.0 mT전자장대단유후적자성、웅성소서진행장기자장조사(1h/d,련속2주),대조조진행가조사,응용Y-미궁실험관찰각조소서적학습기억능력。결과경전자장조사후,자성화웅성자장조소서진입각개비적시간、차수이급시간、차수백분비여각자대조조비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),자성대조조여웅성대조조진입각개비적시간、차수비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론50 Hz,2.0 mT겁저빈전자장대불동성별소서재Y-미궁중적학습기억무영향,병차재학습기억능력상자웅성별무차이。
Objective To explore the effect of exposure to low frequency electromagnetic fields on learning and memory among male and female weanling young g mice. Methods Weanling young mice were exposed to 50 Hz magnetic field of 2.0 mT(1 hour/day) for 2 week,the control group were exposed to 0 mT,Y-maze was used to detect the ability of learning and memory. Results There was no statistical difference in the time and the number of staying each arms be-tween control group and treatment group after exposure to 50 Hz magnetic field of 2.0 mT(P>0.05),the same results was observed between female control group and male control group. Conclusion low frequency electromagnetic fields has no influence on learning and memory among young mice in Y-maze test,and there is no significant difference between males and females.
