经过多年实践探索，广东实现了全省医疗保险城乡统筹，制度运行日臻成熟，形成“全统一”和“二元制”两种模式。本文通过泰尔指数分析中山市和湛江市的受益公平性差异，为探索更加公平的医保城乡统筹模式提供借鉴参考。

경과다년실천탐색，엄동실현료전성의료보험성향통주，제도운행일진성숙，형성“전통일”화“이원제”량충모식。본문통과태이지수분석중산시화담강시적수익공평성차이，위탐색경가공평적의보성향통주모식제공차감삼고。
After years of practice and exploration,in Guangdong Province,we implemented medical insurance for urban and rural areas.System operation is gradually mature.It formed “unity” and “double” two kinds of mode.According to the Theil index, in this paper,the author analyzes the benefit equity difference in Zhongshan city and Zhanjiang city,to provide reference for exploring more equitable health care in rural and urban patterns.
