目的：探讨城市二、三级医院如何与社区卫生服务中心合作，创建防盲治盲模范社区，降低盲目患病率。方法：城市二、三级医院眼科，眼病防治中心与三林社区卫生服务中心合作，开展防盲治盲工作，干预对象为浦东新区三林社区居民。结果：防盲治盲项目评价表明，持续开展防盲治盲工作可降低盲目的患病率。2014年的调查表明，糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)和黄斑病变已逐步成为致盲的重要原因。结论：城市二、三级医院眼科、眼防中心、社区卫生服务中心与防盲治盲工作密切结合，可促进防盲治盲工作的深入和普及，逆转盲人增加的趋势。
목적：탐토성시이、삼급의원여하여사구위생복무중심합작，창건방맹치맹모범사구，강저맹목환병솔。방법：성시이、삼급의원안과，안병방치중심여삼림사구위생복무중심합작，개전방맹치맹공작，간예대상위포동신구삼림사구거민。결과：방맹치맹항목평개표명，지속개전방맹치맹공작가강저맹목적환병솔。2014년적조사표명，당뇨병시망막병변(DR)화황반병변이축보성위치맹적중요원인。결론：성시이、삼급의원안과、안방중심、사구위생복무중심여방맹치맹공작밀절결합，가촉진방맹치맹공작적심입화보급，역전맹인증가적추세。
Objective:To explore the two or three grade hospitals how to cooperate with the community health service center to create the blindness prevention model community,and reduce the prevalence of blindness.Methods:Department of Ophthalmology of two or three grade hospital,eye protection center cooperated with Sanlin community health service center to carry out the work of prevention and cure blindness,the intervention objects were residents in sanlin community of pudong new area.Results:The prevention and cure for blind showed that,sustainable development of the work of prevention and cure for blindness can reduce the prevalence of blindness.2014 survey shows that DR and macular degeneration had gradually become important causes of blindness.Conclusion:Department of Ophthalmology of two or three grade hospital,eye protection center cooperated with community health service center to carry out the work of prevention and cure blindness can promote the prevention of blindness and penetration depth,and reverse the increasing trend.
