目的：探讨老年胆囊良性病行胆囊切除术患者的围手术期护理体会。方法：2011年5月-2013年12月收治胆囊良性病行胆囊切除术患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予围术期护理，对照组仅给予普通护理。分析对于患者的护理措施效果。结果：观察组平均住院时间(13.5±1.6)d，术后并发切口感染1例，临床治愈率高达97.5%。而对照组平均住院时间(18.6±2.3)d，手术后并发切口感染5例，临床治愈率达82.5%，满意率80%。结论：围术期护理对于行胆囊切除术的胆囊良性病患者的治疗效果以及手术后的恢复效果都非常好，并且能够有效缩短住院时间、降低并发症出现的几率，具有推广价值。

목적：탐토노년담낭량성병행담낭절제술환자적위수술기호리체회。방법：2011년5월-2013년12월수치담낭량성병행담낭절제술환자80례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조급여위술기호리，대조조부급여보통호리。분석대우환자적호리조시효과。결과：관찰조평균주원시간(13.5±1.6)d，술후병발절구감염1례，림상치유솔고체97.5%。이대조조평균주원시간(18.6±2.3)d，수술후병발절구감염5례，림상치유솔체82.5%，만의솔80%。결론：위술기호리대우행담낭절제술적담낭량성병환자적치료효과이급수술후적회복효과도비상호，병차능구유효축단주원시간、강저병발증출현적궤솔，구유추엄개치。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience of peri-operation period of aged patients with gallbladder benign disease underwent cholecystectomy.Methods:80 elderly patients with gallbladder benign disease underwent cholecystectomy were selected from May 2011 to December 2013.They were randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were given nursing care in perioperative period.The control group were given conventional nursing.We analyzed the effect of nursing.Results:In the observation group,the average hospitalization time was (13.5 ± 1.6) days;1 case was complicated with incision infection;the clinical cure rate was 97.5% .In the control group,the average hospitalization time was (18.6±2.3) days;5 cases were complicated with incision infection;the clinical cure rate was 82.5%;the satisfaction rate was 80%. Conclusion:Effect of treatment and recovery after operation of the nursing of peri-operation period for aged patients with gallbladder benign disease underwent cholecystectomy are very good,and it can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications,so it has the value of popularization.
