本文通过以冠心病为首发症状睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)的病例介绍，加强临床医务人员对于此类疾病的认识。以冠心病为首发症状的SAS患者延迟诊断原因多为临床医生缺乏对此疾病的足够认识以及患者自身缺乏重视。因此，在临床工作中，对于提示SAS高发因素的患者详细体格检查、睡眠呼吸监测的应用是十分必要的，同时要加强对该病在大众中的知识普及。

In this paper,through the introduction of cases of sleep apnea syndrome with the first symptom of coronary heart disease,to strengthen the clinical medical personnel to understand this kind of disease.The reasons for delayed diagnosis were lack of sufficient understanding of this disease in clinician and the lack of sufficient understanding in patients.Therefore,in clinical work,for patients with risk factors to sleep apnea syndrome,the detailed physical examination and application of sleep monitoring are necessary.At the same time,we should strengthen the popularization of knowledge of the disease in the general population.
