目的：多形性横纹肌肉瘤(PRMS)是一种高度恶性的肉瘤，因PRMS的发病率较低，临床医生对PRSM的临床特征、组织学形态学和免疫学表型尚缺乏足够的了解，易将其误诊为未分化多形性肉瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤等多形性肿瘤。本文回顾性分析了1例PRSM的临床资料，并结合文献，以提高对该肿瘤的认识。
목적：다형성횡문기육류(PRMS)시일충고도악성적육류，인PRMS적발병솔교저，림상의생대PRSM적림상특정、조직학형태학화면역학표형상결핍족구적료해，역장기오진위미분화다형성육류、악성섬유조직세포류등다형성종류。본문회고성분석료1례PRSM적림상자료，병결합문헌，이제고대해종류적인식。
Pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma (PRMS) is a highly malignant tumour.Due to the low incidence of PRMS,clinicians are lack of adequate understanding for clinical features,histological morphology and immunology phenotype of PRSM.It is easily to be misdiagnosed as undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma pleomorphic tumor,etc.In this paper, the author has retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 case of PRSM, combined with the literature, in order to improve the understanding of the tumor.
