目的：探讨炎琥宁注射液治疗感冒发热的临床疗效。方法：2013年11月-2014年2月收治感冒发热患者120例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。治疗组采用炎琥宁注射液治疗，对照组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗，主要观察体温及其他相关症状体征的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率93.33%，对照组总有效率73.33%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗组治疗后体温及相关症状体征改善明显优于对照组。结论：炎琥宁注射液治疗感冒发热的效果较好。

목적：탐토염호저주사액치료감모발열적림상료효。방법：2013년11월-2014년2월수치감모발열환자120례，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，각60례。치료조채용염호저주사액치료，대조조급여리파위림주사액치료，주요관찰체온급기타상관증상체정적변화。결과：치료조총유효솔93.33%，대조조총유효솔73.33%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。치료조치료후체온급상관증상체정개선명현우우대조조。결론：염호저주사액치료감모발열적효과교호。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yanhuning in the treatment of cold and fever.Methods:120 cases with cold and fever were selected from November 2013 to February 2014.They were randomLy divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The treatment group were given Yanhuning injection.The control group were given Ribavirin injection.Then we observed the changes of body temperature and other related symptoms and signs.Results:The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effectiveness of the control group was 73.33%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).In the treatment group,temperature and related signs and symptoms after treatment improved more significantly than the control group.Conclusion:Yanhuning injection has a good effect in the treatment of cold and fever.
