目的：探讨社区2型糖尿病患者中医体质辨识及中医药健康管理方法和效果。方法：收治2型糖尿病患者120例，随机分为中医管理组和未进行中医管理组，比较两组的效果。结果：中医管理组的生活方式、用药依从性、中医症候改善以及血糖控制明显优于未进行中医管理组。结论：中医体质辨识及中医药健康管理可明显改善2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。

목적：탐토사구2형당뇨병환자중의체질변식급중의약건강관리방법화효과。방법：수치2형당뇨병환자120례，수궤분위중의관리조화미진행중의관리조，비교량조적효과。결과：중의관리조적생활방식、용약의종성、중의증후개선이급혈당공제명현우우미진행중의관리조。결론：중의체질변식급중의약건강관리가명현개선2형당뇨병환자적치료효과。
Objective:To explore the physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine health management of type 2 diabetes patients in community.Methods:120 cases with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were randomLy divided into the traditional Chinese medicine administration group and the non traditional Chinese medicine administration group.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the traditional Chinese medicine administration group, lifestyle,medication compliance and symptom improvement blood glucose control were significantly better than those of the non traditional Chinese medicine administration group.Conclusion:Physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine health management can improve the therapeutic effect in patients with type 2 diabetes.
