目的：研究分析调强放疗联合紫杉醇与顺铂化疗用于局部晚期鼻咽癌的治疗效果。方法：2009年1月-2012年1月收治局部晚期鼻咽癌患者42例，均采取调强放疗联合紫杉醇与顺铂化疗进行治疗，并观察全部患者的近期疗效、不良反应以及远期生存率、控制率、转移率情况。结果：全部患者均可以顺利完成治疗，近期疗效(即为治疗结束后1个月内)：完全缓解7例，部分缓解28例，稳定5例，进展2例，总有效率83.33%。远期疗效：随访2年发现，总生存率88.10%(37/42)，鼻咽、颈部2年局部控制率分别是92.86%(39/42)、95.24%(40/42)，远处转移率21.43%(9/42)。结论：调强放疗联合紫杉醇与顺铂化疗用于局部晚期鼻咽癌的治疗近期效果可观，显著提高了患者远期生存率，减少了局部复发、远处转移的发生。
目的：研究分析調彊放療聯閤紫杉醇與順鉑化療用于跼部晚期鼻嚥癌的治療效果。方法：2009年1月-2012年1月收治跼部晚期鼻嚥癌患者42例，均採取調彊放療聯閤紫杉醇與順鉑化療進行治療，併觀察全部患者的近期療效、不良反應以及遠期生存率、控製率、轉移率情況。結果：全部患者均可以順利完成治療，近期療效(即為治療結束後1箇月內)：完全緩解7例，部分緩解28例，穩定5例，進展2例，總有效率83.33%。遠期療效：隨訪2年髮現，總生存率88.10%(37/42)，鼻嚥、頸部2年跼部控製率分彆是92.86%(39/42)、95.24%(40/42)，遠處轉移率21.43%(9/42)。結論：調彊放療聯閤紫杉醇與順鉑化療用于跼部晚期鼻嚥癌的治療近期效果可觀，顯著提高瞭患者遠期生存率，減少瞭跼部複髮、遠處轉移的髮生。
목적：연구분석조강방료연합자삼순여순박화료용우국부만기비인암적치료효과。방법：2009년1월-2012년1월수치국부만기비인암환자42례，균채취조강방료연합자삼순여순박화료진행치료，병관찰전부환자적근기료효、불량반응이급원기생존솔、공제솔、전이솔정황。결과：전부환자균가이순리완성치료，근기료효(즉위치료결속후1개월내)：완전완해7례，부분완해28례，은정5례，진전2례，총유효솔83.33%。원기료효：수방2년발현，총생존솔88.10%(37/42)，비인、경부2년국부공제솔분별시92.86%(39/42)、95.24%(40/42)，원처전이솔21.43%(9/42)。결론：조강방료연합자삼순여순박화료용우국부만기비인암적치료근기효과가관，현저제고료환자원기생존솔，감소료국부복발、원처전이적발생。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:42 cases with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected from January 2009 to January 2012.They were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy.We observed the curative effect in the near future,all the adverse reactions of patients and the survival rate,metastasis rate,control rate.Results:All patients were successfully completed treatment. The recent curative effect(1 month after the end of the treatment period):7 cases had complete remission;28 cases had partial remission;5 cases were stable;2 cases were progress;the total efficiency was 83.33%.Long term effects:follow-up of 2 years,the total survival rate was 88.10%(37/42);nasopharynx and neck 2 years local control rate was 92.86%(39/42) and 95.24%(40/42);distant metastasis rate was 21.43%(9/42).Conclusion:The recent effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma is significant.It can significantly improve patient survival rate and reduce the local recurrence and distant metastasis.
