目的：探讨以乏力纳差为主要表现的老年恙虫病的诊断和治疗。方法：1995-2013年收治以乏力纳差为主要表现的老年恙虫病17例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：17例均治愈出院。结论：以乏力纳差为主要表现的老年恙虫病容易误诊，应引起注意。

목적：탐토이핍력납차위주요표현적노년양충병적진단화치료。방법：1995-2013년수치이핍력납차위주요표현적노년양충병17례，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：17례균치유출원。결론：이핍력납차위주요표현적노년양충병용역오진，응인기주의。
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of tsutsugamushi disease in old people with the main performance of fatigue anorexia.Methods:17 old patients with tsutsugamushi disease and the main performance of fatigue anorexia were selected from 1995 to 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:17 cases were cured and discharged.Conclusion:The elderly of tsutsugamushi disease with the main performance of fatigue anorexia is easy to misdiagnose.We should pay attention to it.
