目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌的微创手术治疗的方法及临床效果。方法：2012年5月-2014年5月收治非小细胞肺癌患者76例，对其进行电视胸腔镜辅助小切口配合系统淋巴结清扫治疗，观察其临床效果。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，出现严重粘连4例(5.26%)，出现肺门解剖困难3例(3.95%)，经扩大切口后将手术完成。治疗后出现胸腔积液2例(2.63%)，出血2例(2.63%)，经保守治疗处理后痊愈。结论：电视胸腔镜辅助小切口配合系统淋巴结清扫治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著，并发症较少，恢复情况较快，值得推广。

목적：탐토비소세포폐암적미창수술치료적방법급림상효과。방법：2012년5월-2014년5월수치비소세포폐암환자76례，대기진행전시흉강경보조소절구배합계통림파결청소치료，관찰기림상효과。결과：소유환자균순리완성수술，출현엄중점련4례(5.26%)，출현폐문해부곤난3례(3.95%)，경확대절구후장수술완성。치료후출현흉강적액2례(2.63%)，출혈2례(2.63%)，경보수치료처리후전유。결론：전시흉강경보조소절구배합계통림파결청소치료비소세포폐암적림상효과현저，병발증교소，회복정황교쾌，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the method and clinical effect of minimally invasive operation in treatment of non small cell lung cancer.Methods:76 cases with non small cell lung cancer were selected from May 2012 to May 2014.They were given the television thoracoscope assisted small incision with systematic lymph node dissection treatment.We observed the clinical effect of the patients.Results:All cases were successfully completed the operation.4 cases had severe adhesions(5.26%);3 cases had hilar anatomy difficulties(3.95%).We completed the operation after incision.2 cases(2.63%) were pleural effusion after the treatment;2 cases(2.63% ) were bleeding,and they recovered after conservative the treatment.Conclusion:VATS assisted small incision combined with systematic lymph node dissection in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer has a significant clinical effect, fewer complications and faster recovery,so it is worthy of promotion.
