目的：分析研究亚低温治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法：2012年12月-2013年12月收治重型高血压脑出血患者66例，将其分为观察组和对照组，各33例。对照组采用常规疗法，观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合应用亚低温进行治疗。结果：观察组的治疗效果明显比对照组好，且对比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用亚低温方法治疗老年重型高血压脑出血，其整体效果显著，且具有较强的可靠性能，值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the specific effects of mild hypothermia in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:66 patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected from December 2012 to December 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 33 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional,and the patients in the observation group were treated with mild hypothermia treatment based on the conventional treatment.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was better obviously than that of the control group,and the contrast difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of the mild hypothermia in the treatment of elderly patients with severe hypertension cerebral hemorrhage is remarkable,and it has strong reliable performance,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
