妊娠合并重症肌无力是一种罕见疾病，目前尚且缺乏关于该病的治疗方法和治疗进展的介绍，并且该病容易引起并发症，严重威胁孕妇及胎儿的生命健康。本文对本院成功救治的1例妊娠合并重症肌无力患者的临床治疗情况进行分析，探讨该病的预防和处理方法。

Myasthenia gravis and pregnancy is a rare disease,and lack of progress in the treatment of this disease.The disease easily leads to complications,and seriously threat to the life and health of pregnant women and fetus.In this paper we analysis the successful treatment in our hospital of 1 pregnancy with myasthenia gravis,in order to investigate the prevention and treatment of this disease.
