目的：探讨永久性心脏起搏器植入术后患者便秘的原因及护理对策。方法：2012年1月-2014年6月收治植入永久性人工心脏起搏器患者41例，其中2012年1月-2013年6月20例为对照组，2013年7月-2014年6月21例为观察组。对照组给予永久心脏起搏器植入术常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上从术前床上排便训练、生活、饮食、心理、用药等方面进行全面、有针对性的护理。结果：对照组术后便秘的发生率50.0%，观察组术后便秘的发生率14.2%，观察组的便秘发生率与对照组比较有显著下降。结论：全面、有针对性的护理措施能帮助永久性心脏起搏器患者预防便秘，提高生活质量，发挥起搏器的最佳功能。

목적：탐토영구성심장기박기식입술후환자편비적원인급호리대책。방법：2012년1월-2014년6월수치식입영구성인공심장기박기환자41례，기중2012년1월-2013년6월20례위대조조，2013년7월-2014년6월21례위관찰조。대조조급여영구심장기박기식입술상규호리，관찰조재상규호리적기출상종술전상상배편훈련、생활、음식、심리、용약등방면진행전면、유침대성적호리。결과：대조조술후편비적발생솔50.0%，관찰조술후편비적발생솔14.2%，관찰조적편비발생솔여대조조비교유현저하강。결론：전면、유침대성적호리조시능방조영구성심장기박기환자예방편비，제고생활질량，발휘기박기적최가공능。
Objective:To investigate the reasons and nursing countermeasures of constipation in patients with after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods:41 patients with permanent artificial heart pacemaker were selected from January 2012 to June 2014. 20 cases from January 2012 to June 2013 were as control group, and 21 cases from July 2013 to June 2014 were as the observation group.The control group were given permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation routine nursing care.On the basis of conventional nursing,the observation group were given a comprehensive and targeted nursing,including preoperative bed defecation training, life, diet, psychology, medicine, etc.Results:The occurrence of constipation of the control group after operation was 50%;the incidence of constipation of the observation group after operation was 14.2%;the incidence of constipation of the observation group was decreased significantly compared with the control group.Conclusion:A comprehensive and targeted nursing measures can help the permanent cardiac pacemaker patients prevent constipation.It can improve the quality of life and give play to the best function of pacemaker.
