目的：十二指肠钩虫病是一种较为常见的疾病，对患者的健康产生严重的影响。感染后主要症状为贫血、营养不良、胃肠功能失调，但其症状不具有特征性，故诊断较为困难，且容易误诊及漏诊。本文简要介绍胃镜确诊十二指肠钩虫病43例的临床体会。
目的：十二指腸鉤蟲病是一種較為常見的疾病，對患者的健康產生嚴重的影響。感染後主要癥狀為貧血、營養不良、胃腸功能失調，但其癥狀不具有特徵性，故診斷較為睏難，且容易誤診及漏診。本文簡要介紹胃鏡確診十二指腸鉤蟲病43例的臨床體會。
목적：십이지장구충병시일충교위상견적질병，대환자적건강산생엄중적영향。감염후주요증상위빈혈、영양불량、위장공능실조，단기증상불구유특정성，고진단교위곤난，차용역오진급루진。본문간요개소위경학진십이지장구충병43례적림상체회。
Ancylostomiasis duodenale is a common disease.It has a serious impact on the health of patients. After infection,the main symptoms are anemia, malnutrition and gastrointestinal dysfunction,but it has no characteristic symptoms,so the diagnosis is difficult,and easy to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.In this paper,the author briefly introduces the clinical experience of 43 cases of ancylostomiasis duodenale diagnosed by gastroscopy.
