目的：探讨三九胃泰颗粒治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法：2011年10月-2013年10月收治慢性浅表性胃炎患者90例，将其分为治疗组50例和对照组40例。治疗组服用三九胃泰颗粒，对照组口服奥美拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素。观察其临床症状改善程度、胃镜检查结果和不良反应。结果：治疗组上腹疼痛显效率86%，有效率12%，总有效率98%；对照组总有效率92.5%。治疗组胃镜检查治愈率82%，对照组75%。结论：三九胃泰颗粒对慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效确切，不良反应少且廉价，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토삼구위태과립치료만성천표성위염적료효。방법：2011년10월-2013년10월수치만성천표성위염환자90례，장기분위치료조50례화대조조40례。치료조복용삼구위태과립，대조조구복오미랍서、아막서림화극랍매소。관찰기림상증상개선정도、위경검사결과화불량반응。결과：치료조상복동통현효솔86%，유효솔12%，총유효솔98%；대조조총유효솔92.5%。치료조위경검사치유솔82%，대조조75%。결론：삼구위태과립대만성천표성위염적림상료효학절，불량반응소차렴개，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of San Jiu Wei Tai granules in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:90 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected from October 2011 to October 2013.They were divided into the treatment group with 50 cases and the control group with 40 cases.The treatment group were given San Jiu Wei Tai granules,and the control group were treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin.Observe the clinical symptoms, endoscopy results and adverse reaction in two groups.Results:In the treatment group,markedly effective rate of epigastric pain was 86%;effective rate was 12%;total effectiveness was 98%.In the control group,the total effectiveness was 92.5%.Gastroscopy cure rate of the treatment group was 82%;that of the control group was 75%.Conclusion:San Jiu Wei Tai granules has curative clinical effect on chronic superficial gastritis,and less adverse reaction and cheap,so it is worthy of clinical application.
