目的：探讨黄连温胆汤加减治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法：2012年2月-2014年1月收治慢性肾衰竭患者76例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各38例，对照组给予低盐饮食和对症治疗，给予羟苯磺酸钙0.5 g，2次/d，连续治疗8周。观察组在对照组的基础上给予黄连温胆汤加减治疗。结果：观察组显效23例(60.5%)，有效13例(34.2%)，无效2例(5.3%)，总有效率94.7%；对照组显效14例(36.8%)，有效15例(39.5%)，无效9例(23.7%)，总有效率76.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量及肾功能指标均明显好转，两组治疗后观察组各指标明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：黄连温胆汤加减治疗慢性肾衰竭可明显改善肾功能，临床疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토황련온담탕가감치료만성신쇠갈적림상료효。방법：2012년2월-2014년1월수치만성신쇠갈환자76례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조，각38례，대조조급여저염음식화대증치료，급여간분광산개0.5 g，2차/d，련속치료8주。관찰조재대조조적기출상급여황련온담탕가감치료。결과：관찰조현효23례(60.5%)，유효13례(34.2%)，무효2례(5.3%)，총유효솔94.7%；대조조현효14례(36.8%)，유효15례(39.5%)，무효9례(23.7%)，총유효솔76.3%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。량조치료전후24 h뇨단백정량급신공능지표균명현호전，량조치료후관찰조각지표명현우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：황련온담탕가감치료만성신쇠갈가명현개선신공능，림상료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Huang Lian Wen Dan decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods:76 patients with chronic renal failure were selected from February 2012 to January 2014.They were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each.Paients in the control group were given a low salt diet and symptomatic treatment,calcium dobesilate 0.5 g,2 times/d,for 8 consecutive weeks.The observation group were given Huang Lian Wen Dan decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Results:23 cases(60.5%) were markedly effective;13 cases(34.2%) were effective;2 cases(5.3%) invalid;the total efficiency was 94.7%.In the control group,14 cases(36.8%) were markedly effective;15 cases(39.5%) were effective;9 cases(23.7%) were invalid;the total efficiency rate was 76.3%.The difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,The 24 h urinary protein and renal function indexes both were significantly improved in two groups,and the indexs of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huang Lian Wen Dan decoction can improve renal function of chronic renal failure,and the clinical effect is significant,so it is worthy of promotion.
