目的：探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床价值及安全性。方法：2012年2月-2013年4月收治冠心病心绞痛患者60例，通过随机的方式分为观察组及对照组，对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上，加用通心络胶囊治疗，疗程1个月，观察两组患者的心电图状况以及康复状况。结果：经过1个月的治疗，观察组的总有效率93.3%，对照组的总有效率仅60.0%。结论：通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效显著，属于安全性较高的中成药制剂，能够对患者的疾病产生较大的积极作用。

목적：탐토통심락효낭치료관심병심교통적림상개치급안전성。방법：2012년2월-2013년4월수치관심병심교통환자60례，통과수궤적방식분위관찰조급대조조，대조조채취상규치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상，가용통심락효낭치료，료정1개월，관찰량조환자적심전도상황이급강복상황。결과：경과1개월적치료，관찰조적총유효솔93.3%，대조조적총유효솔부60.0%。결론：통심락효낭치료관심병심교통적림상료효현저，속우안전성교고적중성약제제，능구대환자적질병산생교대적적겁작용。
Objective:To explore the clinical value and safety of Tong Xin Luo capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected from February 2012 to April 2013.They were randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated with conventional therapy.The observation group were treated with Tong Xin Luo capsule on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 1 month.We observed the ECG and rehabilitation status.Results:After 1 month of treatment,in the observation group,the total efficiency was 93.3%;in the control group,the total efficiency was 60%. Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tong Xin Luo capsule in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is significant.It is the Chinese traditional medicine with the high security,and it can produce positive effects on the disease.
