目的:探讨小骨窗开颅显微镜手术治疗高血压性基底节区出血的临床效果。方法:2012年1月-2014年1月收治高血压性基底节区出血患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,观察组行小骨窗开颅显微镜手术,对照组行传统大骨窗开颅手术,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.12%,对照组治疗总有效率70.59%,观察组的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用小骨窗开颅显微镜手术治疗高血压性基底节区出血能有效改善患者预后,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토소골창개로현미경수술치료고혈압성기저절구출혈적림상효과。방법:2012년1월-2014년1월수치고혈압성기저절구출혈환자68례,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,매조34례,관찰조행소골창개로현미경수술,대조조행전통대골창개로수술,비교량조환자림상치료효과。결과:관찰조치료총유효솔94.12%,대조조치료총유효솔70.59%,관찰조적림상치료효과명현우우대조조,구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:채용소골창개로현미경수술치료고혈압성기저절구출혈능유효개선환자예후,감경환자통고,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of in small bone window craniotomy operation in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods:68 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage were selected from January 2014 to January 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were treated with small bone window craniotomy surgery.Patients in the control group received traditional bone window craniotomy.Then we compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%;the total effective rate of the control group was 70.59%;the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using small bone window craniotomy surgery in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage can improve the prognosis of patients, reduce the suffering,so it is worthy of clinical application.
