近年来,资源浪费、环境污染问题严重,国家高度聚焦产能过剩,以制造业为代表的主要耗能行业,节能减排任务艰巨。文章以2001-2012年唐山市的数据为基础,对唐山制造业增加值与能源消耗的关系进行实证研究。分析结果表明,制造业增加值的能源消耗系数为0.679,能源是驱动唐山制造业发展的重要因素。

In recent years, due to serious waste of resources and serious environmental pollution, China highly focused on excess capacity. Manufacturing is the representative of energy-consuming industries, so its task of energy conservation and emissions reduction is arduous. Based on the data of Tangshan from 2001-2012, this paper carried out a empirical research on the relationship between the added value of Tangshan manufacturing and energy consumption. The analysis results showed that the energy consumption coefficient of the added value of manufacturing is 0.679, and the energy is an important factor in development of Tangshan manufacturing.
