通过利用国内外对混凝土弹性压缩变形、徐变和收缩的相关研究成果,对青岛华润超高层住宅的竖向变形进行了分析计算。计算得到了相应的变形值,并为设计和施工提出了相应的建议,为以后类似的建筑结构的设计和施工提供了借鉴。

By utilizing the related research about the elastic compressive deformation, creep and shrinkage of the concrete at home and abroad, the paper carries on the analysis and calculation on the vertical deformation of high-rise residential of Qingdao Huarun. The related deformation value is reached by calculation, and the corresponding suggestions for the design and construction are put forward, to provide the reference for the future design of similar structures and construction.
