目的：探讨子宫段剖宫产术中取胎儿的手法技巧。方法：收治子宫下段剖宫产患者563例，根据不同的先露及入骨盆腔情况采取不同的胎儿娩出方法。结果：563例胎儿均顺利取出，无一例产妇及新生儿损伤发生。结论：掌握正确的手法技巧，可大大提高胎儿娩出成功率。

목적：탐토자궁단부궁산술중취태인적수법기교。방법：수치자궁하단부궁산환자563례，근거불동적선로급입골분강정황채취불동적태인면출방법。결과：563례태인균순리취출，무일례산부급신생인손상발생。결론：장악정학적수법기교，가대대제고태인면출성공솔。
Objective:To explore the skills of removing the baby in 563 cases of cesarean section.Methods:563 cesarean section patients at the lower uterine segment were selected.According to the different presentation and into the pelvic cavity,patients were given different methods of delivery of fetus.Results:563 fetuses were removed successfully.There was no maternal and neonatal injury.Conclusion:Mastering the correct techniques can greatly improve the success rate of fetus.
