目的：探讨氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂用于根管消毒的临床效果，为临床医师选择根管内用药提供参考。方法：收治慢性根尖周炎患者209例(216颗牙齿)，进行完善的根管预备后，随机分成两组，试验组根管内封氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂，对照组根管内封甲醛甲酚(FC)，7 d 复诊，比较两组根管内封药后急性炎症的发生率及封药次数。结果：根管封药7 d 后，试验组急症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)，试验组疗程短，复诊次数少。结论：氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂在根管消毒中收到良好的临床效果，能明显减少急症发生，缩短疗程，优于 FC，是一种良好的根管内消毒剂。

목적：탐토경양화개전방호제용우근관소독적림상효과，위림상의사선택근관내용약제공삼고。방법：수치만성근첨주염환자209례(216과아치)，진행완선적근관예비후，수궤분성량조，시험조근관내봉경양화개전방호제，대조조근관내봉갑철갑분(FC)，7 d 복진，비교량조근관내봉약후급성염증적발생솔급봉약차수。결과：근관봉약7 d 후，시험조급증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)，시험조료정단，복진차수소。결론：경양화개전방호제재근관소독중수도량호적림상효과，능명현감소급증발생，축단료정，우우 FC，시일충량호적근관내소독제。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste in root canal disinfection,and to provide reference for clinicians in the choice of root canal therapy.Methods:209 cases(216 teeth) with chronic periapical periodontitis were selected.After perfect root canal preparation,they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group were treated with root canal of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste.The control group were treated with formocresol(FC) in root canal.7 days later,all the patients received follow-up,and we compared the incidence of acute inflammation and drug times of the two groups.Results:7 days later,in the experimental group,the emergency incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the experimental group,course of treatment was short,and referral number was less.Conclusion:The clinical effect of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste in root canal disinfection is significant.It can obviously reduce the acute inflammation rate,and shorten the course of treatment.The curative effect is better than the FC.It is a good kind of root canal disinfectant.
