目的：了解农村高血压低控制率的原因，为下一步防治措施提供依据。方法：对本镇14位村卫生室医生应用降压药物的现状进行分析。结果：村卫生室医生总体年龄偏大，文化水平低；单一药物治疗患者62.3%，使用量大的降压药为短效制剂，血压控制率26.4%。结论：高血压患者血压控制率低的原因与医生业务素质、患者服药依从性、药物剂型等有关。需加大培训，优化用药结构。
目的：瞭解農村高血壓低控製率的原因，為下一步防治措施提供依據。方法：對本鎮14位村衛生室醫生應用降壓藥物的現狀進行分析。結果：村衛生室醫生總體年齡偏大，文化水平低；單一藥物治療患者62.3%，使用量大的降壓藥為短效製劑，血壓控製率26.4%。結論：高血壓患者血壓控製率低的原因與醫生業務素質、患者服藥依從性、藥物劑型等有關。需加大培訓，優化用藥結構。
목적：료해농촌고혈압저공제솔적원인，위하일보방치조시제공의거。방법：대본진14위촌위생실의생응용강압약물적현상진행분석。결과：촌위생실의생총체년령편대，문화수평저；단일약물치료환자62.3%，사용량대적강압약위단효제제，혈압공제솔26.4%。결론：고혈압환자혈압공제솔저적원인여의생업무소질、환자복약의종성、약물제형등유관。수가대배훈，우화용약결구。
Objective:To understand the reasons of low control rate of rural hypertension,and to provide evidence for the prevention measures of the next step.Methods:The status of the antihypertensive drugs application of 14 doctors in village health room of this town.Results:The general age of village health room doctors was too large.The culture level was low.62.3% patients was treated with single drug.The use large blood pressure medication was short-acting agents.The blood pressure control rate was 26.4%.Conclusion:The reason of low blood pressure control rate of hypertension patients is related to the doctor service quality, patient compliance and drug dosage forms and so on.It needs strengthen the training and optimize the drug use structure.
