在石油钻井的过程中,钻井设备与岩层之间相互作用容易产生钻柱的粘滑振动。主要表现为井底钻具组合周期性的粘滞、旋转。为了更好地控制钻井平稳运行以及增强钻柱的性能,理解钻柱粘滑振动的复杂机理,研究粘滑振动控制策略具有重要的意义。文章构建钻柱传动系统数学模型,对钻柱振动进行仿真分析,提出抑制钻柱粘滑振动的控制策略。

During the drilling process, stick-slip friction between the drill bit and the rock can cause notable undesired drill-string stick-slip vibration. The drill-string stick-slip vibration exhibits drill bit intermittent stagnation and rotation. In order to better control the drilling operation and enhance the performance of the drill string, to understand the complex mechanism of stick-slip vibration of drill string and to research its control strategy has important significance. A mathematical model of the transmission system of drilling-string was established. According to its simulation, the characteristic of stick slip friction is analyzed and control strategy to restrain stick-slip friction is proposed.
