本文研究了利用霉菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸菌混合发酵笋壳生产动物饲料的过程中菌种的混合配比方式。结果表明,当纤维素分解菌N2、N8和芽孢杆菌BX2以3:2:1的比例接种10%在固体培养基中发酵24h后同时接入2%的乳酸菌H7和2%的酵母菌G16再发酵48h,其发酵产品中粗蛋白含量得到有效提高,且外观良好。

This paper studies the strains mix ratio method in the of process of producing animal feed by bamboo shell fermented by mould, bacillus, yeast and lactobacillus. Results show that after cellulose decomposing bacteria N2 and N8 and bacillus BX2 are vaccinated 10%in the ratio of 3:2:1 in the solid medium for 24h, 2%lactobacillus H7 and G16 yeast are vaccinated at the same time to be fermented for 48h, which effectively increases the crude protein content in fermented products, and the products have good appearance.
