为了使机械防凌破冰装备能够满足实际要求,提高装备的适应性,在装备概念设计前,对其任务进行了分析,确定了开凿流凌通道、破碎大块流凌、破除冰坝和消除冰塞这四大任务,并从环境、冰盖、主河床与流凌通道、水流、堤岸与滩地等方面对工况进行了设计,为进一步对防凌破冰装备及其承载平台的设计奠定了基础。
為瞭使機械防凌破冰裝備能夠滿足實際要求,提高裝備的適應性,在裝備概唸設計前,對其任務進行瞭分析,確定瞭開鑿流凌通道、破碎大塊流凌、破除冰壩和消除冰塞這四大任務,併從環境、冰蓋、主河床與流凌通道、水流、隄岸與灘地等方麵對工況進行瞭設計,為進一步對防凌破冰裝備及其承載平檯的設計奠定瞭基礎。

In order to make mechanical icebreaking equipment may satisfy the actual requirement and raise the equipment's adaptability, the tasks should be analyzed before the conceptual design of equipment. In this paper, the following four tasks are ascertained:cutting the passageway for ice-flood, breaking big piece of ice-flood, getting rid of ice dam, eliminating ice jam. The operating condition of equipment is designed in environment, ice sheet, main riverbed, passageway, current, embankment and beach land, which lays the foundation for the further design of the icebreaking equipment and its platform.
