The paper studied the cash flow management and financial risk control of construction business, proposed the project cash flow management ideas by analyzing the inherent relationship between individual project cash flow and the financial structure of construction corporate, and on this basis discussed the inter-temporal cash flow management in the state of sustainable growth, net operating capital financing and financial risk control.
