目的：了解低年资护士面对死亡的态度，为开展死亡教育提供依据。方法：A组：50名工作年限在5年以下的底年资一线护士，B组：50名已婚工作年限在10年以上的高年资一线护士。以其为调查对象，采用自制的死亡态度问卷进行问卷调查。结果：低年资护士对临终关怀相关知识了解甚少，对死亡及濒死的态度认识不足，其得分总体高于高年资护士。低年资护士相对高年资护士，对死亡和临终关怀照护的态度正确，但从事临终关怀工作的行为意向较低（只有22．72％愿意）。结论：应对低年资护士加强死亡教育，使其树立科学的死亡观，提高自身心理健康水平，更好地为人类健康服务。

Objective:To understand the attitude of the junior nurses to the death,and to provide basis for death education. Methods:Group A:50 seniority nurses who worked 5 years below.Group B:50 seniorty nurses who had married and worked more than 10 years.Using the self-made death attitude questionnaire to study the nurses. Results:Less experienced nurses and hospice knowledge is poorly understood, lack of understanding of the attitudes towards death and dying, and its overall score is higher than the senior nurse. Less experienced nurses relatively high qualification of nurses, the right attitude to death and hospice care, but lower in hospice work behavioral intention (only 22.72%were willing). Conclusion:Deal with less experienced nurses to enhance the education of death, so that it establish a scientific concept of death, to improve their own level of mental health, better for human health.
