目的:探讨小红细胞对电阻抗法测定血小板的影响。方法:从日常监测的患者标本中抽取红细胞平均体积(MCV)小于正常值的患者标本,以MCV大小不同进行分组,选取MCV<60fl的标本58例,MCV在60-70fl的65例,MCV在70-80fl的86例。分别用电阻抗法和手工法对血小板进行计数,比较仪器和手工技术的差异,对三组数据进行统计学分析。结果:对 MCV<60的标本,仪器法 PLT 计数明显高于手工法,计数结果有统计学意义(p<0.01);对MCV在60-70fl的标本,仪器法PLT计数也高于手工法,计数结果具有统计学意义(p<0.01);对MCV在70到80fl的标本,仪器法PLT计数和手工发基本相符,计数结果差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:在临床检测患者血标本时应关注MCV参数,应用电阻抗法测PLT时,在MCV<70fl时应通过手工镜检复查计数血小板结果,从而避免小红细胞对血小板计数结果的影响。

목적:탐토소홍세포대전조항법측정혈소판적영향。방법:종일상감측적환자표본중추취홍세포평균체적(MCV)소우정상치적환자표본,이MCV대소불동진행분조,선취MCV<60fl적표본58례,MCV재60-70fl적65례,MCV재70-80fl적86례。분별용전조항법화수공법대혈소판진행계수,비교의기화수공기술적차이,대삼조수거진행통계학분석。결과:대 MCV<60적표본,의기법 PLT 계수명현고우수공법,계수결과유통계학의의(p<0.01);대MCV재60-70fl적표본,의기법PLT계수야고우수공법,계수결과구유통계학의의(p<0.01);대MCV재70도80fl적표본,의기법PLT계수화수공발기본상부,계수결과차이무통계학의의(p>0.05)。결론:재림상검측환자혈표본시응관주MCV삼수,응용전조항법측PLT시,재MCV<70fl시응통과수공경검복사계수혈소판결과,종이피면소홍세포대혈소판계수결과적영향。
Objective:To explore the effect of platelet on red cell impedance method. Methods:Daily monitoring of extraction from red blood cells in specimens from patients withaverage volume (MCV) of the patients were less than normal value ,Size in MCV were grouped ,Select the mcv<60fl specimens of 58 cases ;MCV in 65 cases of 60-70fl;MCV in 86 cases of 70-80fl .Count of platelet were performed with impedance method and manual method ,Differences between the instruments and manual techniques,statistical analysis was performed on three groups of data .Results:The mcv<60 specimens ,Instrument method PLT was significantly higher than that of manual method ,Count the results have statistical significance (P<0.01);The MCV in the 60-70fl specimen ,Instrument method PLT count was higher than that of manual method ,Count the results have statistical significance (P<0.01),The MCV in 70 80fl specimens ,Instrument method PLT count and handmade hair consistent ,No significant differences in counting results (P>0.05).Conclusion: We should pay attention to the MCV parameter in clinical serum specimens,Application of electrical impedance method to measure PLT ,In the mcv<70fl should be through the manual microscopic examination of platelet count results ,In order to avoid the influence of red cells on the platelet count.
