目的：探讨经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（peripheral inserted central catheters, PICC）与锁骨下静脉置管在淋巴瘤化疗患者中的应用效果。方法将60例淋巴瘤化疗患者随机分成PICC组和锁骨下静脉组各30例，分别观察两组首次穿刺成功率、操作时间、导管留置时间、并发症发生率等情况。结果 PICC组较锁骨下静脉组首次穿刺成功率高P<0.05，置管操作时间短（P<0.05），并发症发生率低P<0.05，导管留置时间长P<0.01，三组差异均有统计学意义。结论 PICC置管较锁骨下静脉置管首次穿刺成功率高，操作时间短，留置时间长，并发症低，此项技术在临床上值得推广应用。
목적：탐토경외주정맥천자중심정맥치관（peripheral inserted central catheters, PICC）여쇄골하정맥치관재림파류화료환자중적응용효과。방법장60례림파류화료환자수궤분성PICC조화쇄골하정맥조각30례，분별관찰량조수차천자성공솔、조작시간、도관류치시간、병발증발생솔등정황。결과 PICC조교쇄골하정맥조수차천자성공솔고P<0.05，치관조작시간단（P<0.05），병발증발생솔저P<0.05，도관류치시간장P<0.01，삼조차이균유통계학의의。결론 PICC치관교쇄골하정맥치관수차천자성공솔고，조작시간단，류치시간장，병발증저，차항기술재림상상치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of peripheral inserted central catheters, PICC and subclavian vein catheterization in patients with lymphoma chemotherapy application. Methods:60 cases of lymphoma chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups and each group has 30 patients. observed respectively for the first time success rate, operation time, catheter time, the incidence of complications and so on. Results:PICC group compared with the subclavian vein group first puncture success rate of P<0.05, tube short operation time (P<0.05), low complication rate P<0.05, catheter long time P<0.01, three group differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:PICC catheter subclavian vein catheter over the first puncture success rate, operation time is short, long retention time, low complication, this technology should be widely applied in clinical practice.
