目的：观察前列地尔注射液（商品名：凯时）治疗肝肾综合征的疗效。方法：33例老年患者随机分为2组：治疗组（17例）和对照组（16例），都给予常规保肝、利尿、营养支持等治疗，治疗组加用前列地尔10ug 静脉滴注，疗程2周；治疗期间观察患者的一般情况、肝肾功能及24h尿量。结果：治疗组肝肾功能及24h尿量的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)结论：前列地尔治疗肝肾综合征效果良好，不良反应少，尤其对于老年患者临床可推广应用。

목적：관찰전렬지이주사액（상품명：개시）치료간신종합정적료효。방법：33례노년환자수궤분위2조：치료조（17례）화대조조（16례），도급여상규보간、이뇨、영양지지등치료，치료조가용전렬지이10ug 정맥적주，료정2주；치료기간관찰환자적일반정황、간신공능급24h뇨량。결과：치료조간신공능급24h뇨량적개선정황균우우대조조(P<0.05)결론：전렬지이치료간신종합정효과량호，불량반응소，우기대우노년환자림상가추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the effects of alprostadil in the treatment of hepatorenal syndrome(HRS) in gerontal patients. Method:33 gerontal patients with hepatorenal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,17 cases were allocated in the treatment group ,with the alprostadil. 16 cases were allocated in the control group .the two groups were both given a routine medical treatment. Such as hepatoprotectives,diuretics,nutritional support and other treament.course of treatment was two weaks.The changes of urine volume in 24 hours ,liver and renal fuction were observed after two weeks . Result:The improvement of renal and liver function in the treament group are superior to the one in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of 24h urine volume in the treament group are superior to the one in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Alprostadil in treating hepatorenal syndrome can significantly improve the clinical curative effects and resuce adverse reaction . Particularly to the gerontal patients, that should be used in clinical work widely.
