目的:评价痰热清联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:将72例COPD患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(36例),治疗组给予痰热清注射液20 mL加5%葡萄糖250 mL静脉滴注,1次/天,联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠3g加0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注,2次/天;对照组单纯用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗(用法同上)。经1周后比较临床症状、体征的变化及病原菌清除率。结果:有效率治疗组为91.67%,对照组为80.56%(P<0.05)。细菌清除率治疗组为83.33%,对照组为72.22%(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清联合加替沙星是治疗老年COPD理想药物。

목적:평개담열청연합두포고동서파탄납대만성조새성폐질병(COPD)적림상료효。방법:장72례COPD환자수궤분위치료조(36례)화대조조(36례),치료조급여담열청주사액20 mL가5%포도당250 mL정맥적주,1차/천,연합두포고동서파탄납3g가0.9%록화납주사액100 mL정맥적주,2차/천;대조조단순용두포고동서파탄납치료(용법동상)。경1주후비교림상증상、체정적변화급병원균청제솔。결과:유효솔치료조위91.67%,대조조위80.56%(P<0.05)。세균청제솔치료조위83.33%,대조조위72.22%(P<0.05)。결론:담열청연합가체사성시치료노년COPD이상약물。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of combination of tanreqing injection and Sulbactam and Cefoperazone on COPD. Methods:96 cases of COPD were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). Treatment group were given intravenous drip of Tanreqing (20 mL) and Sulbactam and Cefoperazone injection (3g) which were injected separately along with 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection (100 mL) (2/d);while the control group were given single Sulbactam and Cefoperazone injection (3g) along with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (100 mL) (2/d). After a week, compare the clinical manifestations, physical signs and the clearance rate of the pathogenic bacteria. Results: The effective rate was 91.67%% in treatment group and 80.56% in control group (P<0.05), the clearance rate of pathogenic beria were 83.33%and 72.22%respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Tanreqing injection and Sulbactam and Cefoperazone is effective on senile COPD.
