随着我国人口的老年化,社区获得性肺炎成为影响老年人健康的主要问题.因此对老年社区获得性肺炎的准确诊断,以及合理地应用抗生素治疗显得尤为重要.通过检索、查阅大量文献和依据临床经验,对老年社区获得性肺炎的诊断、抗生素经验性治疗、病原菌治疗、抗菌药物的联合应用、抗菌药物的序贯法和降阶梯治疗、抗菌药物疗程等方面进行了综述,以便做到有的放矢,避免滥用抗生素.

With the aging of population in China,the community-acquired pneumonia in the old becomes the main problems,which affects their health.So it is important to have an accurate diagnosis and to have a rational use of antibiotic treatment on the elderly community-acquired pneumonia.Through searching and consulting a lot of documents and in accordance with the clinical experience,this article reviews the diagnosis of elderly community-acquired pneumonia,antibiotics empirical treatment,pathogen treatment,antibacterial drug combined application,antibacterial drug sequential method and drop step therapy in order to prevent abusing antibiotics.
