选取我院2012年6月~2014年6月使用双黄连注射液的患者387例，其中58例发生不良反应，分析双黄连注射液的不良反应特点，为临床使用双黄连注射液提供参考。预防和减少中成药不良反应的发生。不良反应发生的影响因素，包括性别、用药时间等，而患者年龄对发生率无明显影响。相关工作人员要多关注双黄连注射液不良反应的影响因素，尽量避免发生不良反应，适量用药，保证用药安全。
