随着我国医药科学的发展，不断出现一些新的药物，原来的药物配伍禁忌表已经不能满足新药的查询要求。夫西地酸钠是临床常用的抗菌药物，主要治疗葡萄球菌引起的各种感染，葡萄糖酸钙注射液为常用的钙补充剂，临床上有将这两种药物在同一患者身上序贯输入的情况。我科于2013年9月收治1例急性上呼吸道感染并患急性荨麻疹的患儿，在遵医嘱静脉输液时我们发现夫西地酸钠与葡萄糖酸钙之间存在配伍禁忌，不能依次序贯输注。
