目的：研究青春期1型糖尿病患者的入院年龄、并发症及住院天数等临床特征有无性别差异。方法采用回顾性分析及病案首页检索的方法，利用 SPSS 16.0进行数据分析。结果2003~2012年我院累计有145例青春期1型糖尿病住院患者，男女比例为0.79，在入院年龄、住院天数及费用上差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但在发生过酮症酸中毒上的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论青春期1型糖尿病患者在某些临床特征上存在性别差异，应重视性别差异对治疗过程的影响。
목적：연구청춘기1형당뇨병환자적입원년령、병발증급주원천수등림상특정유무성별차이。방법채용회고성분석급병안수혈검색적방법，이용 SPSS 16.0진행수거분석。결과2003~2012년아원루계유145례청춘기1형당뇨병주원환자，남녀비례위0.79，재입원년령、주원천수급비용상차이무통계학의의（P>0.05），단재발생과동증산중독상적차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론청춘기1형당뇨병환자재모사림상특정상존재성별차이，응중시성별차이대치료과정적영향。
Objective To analyze whether there was any gender dif erences in clinical features for patients during puberty with type 1 diabetes mel itus. Methods The research was conducted by a retrospective survey and medical records retrieval system. Make statistical descriptions of the data by SPSS16.0. Results 145 cases from 2003 to 2013 in our hospital were analyzed. The male to female ratio was 0.79. There was no statistics significant on admission age, hospitalization days and cost between male and female (P>0.05), while it have statistical sense on diabetic ketoacidosis (P<0.05). Conclusion There was some gender dif erences on clinical features for patients during puberty with type 1 diabetes, and we should pay at ention to the gender dif erences during treatment.
