目的：探究心理护理对慢性乙型肝炎合并糖尿病患者抑郁情绪的影响效果分析。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的96例慢性乙型肝炎合并糖尿病患者，随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(48例)。两组患者均实施常规的护理配合，观察组在此基础上予以心理护理干预，观察对比3个月后患者的各项指标。结果：心理护理3个月后，观察组焦虑抑郁程度、各项血糖指标、生活质量等各方面均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心理护理有助于改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，提高患者治疗依从性，延缓糖尿病的恶性进展，提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐구심리호리대만성을형간염합병당뇨병환자억욱정서적영향효과분석。방법：선취필자소재의원수치적96례만성을형간염합병당뇨병환자，수궤분위관찰조(48례)화대조조(48례)。량조환자균실시상규적호리배합，관찰조재차기출상여이심리호리간예，관찰대비3개월후환자적각항지표。결과：심리호리3개월후，관찰조초필억욱정도、각항혈당지표、생활질량등각방면균현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：심리호리유조우개선환자적초필억욱정서，제고환자치료의종성，연완당뇨병적악성진전，제고환자적생활질량，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on chronic hepatitis B complicated with diabetes mellitus and depression. Method:96 patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with diabetes mellitus were treated in our hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(48 cases) and control group(48 cases).All patients were implemented with conventional care,the observation group was given psychological care interventions,comparing the indicators observed in patients after 3 months.Result:The psychological nursing care after 3 months,the observation group in anxiety depression,the glycemic index,all aspects of quality of life were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Psychological nursing is helpful to improve the anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the patients compliance,malignant progression delay diabetes,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
