目的:探讨DC-CIK过继免疫治疗联合化疗治疗食管癌后T细胞亚群水平的变化。方法随机选取确诊为原发食管癌的患者124例,其中62例作为对照组,进行FOL-FOX 4(奥沙利铂L-OHP+亚叶酸钙CF+5-氟尿嘧啶5-Fu)单方案化疗;另外62例作为实验组,采用DC-CIK过继免疫治疗联合FOL-FOX 4(奥沙利铂L-OHP+亚叶酸钙CF+5-氟尿嘧啶5-Fu)方案化疗,化疗前2 d抽取其外周血50 mL,分离单个核细胞,用于培养DC-CIK细胞,化疗结束后2周回输DC-CIK细胞治疗。比较2组患者治疗后T细胞亚群CD 3+、CD 4+CD 8+、CD 3+CD 4+、CD 3+CD 8+、CD 3-CD 16+CD 56+、CD 3+CD 56+、CD 4+CD 25 HiCD 127 Lo水平变化和CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+比例的变化。同时比较实验组治疗前后以上T细胞亚群变化结果。结果治疗后实验组较对照组CD 3+、CD 3+CD 8+、CD 3-CD 16+CD 56+、CD 3+CD 16+CD 56+比例普遍升高(P<0.05);CD 3+CD 4+、CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+、CD 4+CD 25 HiCD 127 Lo比例普遍下降(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后比治疗前CD 3+、CD 3+CD 8+、CD 4+CD 8+、CD 3-CD 16+CD 56+、CD 3+CD 16+CD 56+比例普遍升高(P<0.05);CD 3+CD 4+、CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+、CD 4+CD 25 HiCD 127 Lo比例均下降(P<0.05)。结论 DC-CIK细胞治疗食管癌患者后,能明显增加其T细胞亚群有利于细胞水平的表达,从而在一定程度上提高患者的免疫力。

목적:탐토DC-CIK과계면역치료연합화료치료식관암후T세포아군수평적변화。방법수궤선취학진위원발식관암적환자124례,기중62례작위대조조,진행FOL-FOX 4(오사리박L-OHP+아협산개CF+5-불뇨밀정5-Fu)단방안화료;령외62례작위실험조,채용DC-CIK과계면역치료연합FOL-FOX 4(오사리박L-OHP+아협산개CF+5-불뇨밀정5-Fu)방안화료,화료전2 d추취기외주혈50 mL,분리단개핵세포,용우배양DC-CIK세포,화료결속후2주회수DC-CIK세포치료。비교2조환자치료후T세포아군CD 3+、CD 4+CD 8+、CD 3+CD 4+、CD 3+CD 8+、CD 3-CD 16+CD 56+、CD 3+CD 56+、CD 4+CD 25 HiCD 127 Lo수평변화화CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+비례적변화。동시비교실험조치료전후이상T세포아군변화결과。결과치료후실험조교대조조CD 3+、CD 3+CD 8+、CD 3-CD 16+CD 56+、CD 3+CD 16+CD 56+비례보편승고(P<0.05);CD 3+CD 4+、CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+、CD 4+CD 25 HiCD 127 Lo비례보편하강(P<0.05)。실험조치료후비치료전CD 3+、CD 3+CD 8+、CD 4+CD 8+、CD 3-CD 16+CD 56+、CD 3+CD 16+CD 56+비례보편승고(P<0.05);CD 3+CD 4+、CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+、CD 4+CD 25 HiCD 127 Lo비례균하강(P<0.05)。결론 DC-CIK세포치료식관암환자후,능명현증가기T세포아군유리우세포수평적표체,종이재일정정도상제고환자적면역력。
Objective To evaluate the change of T cell subgroup level after the treatment of DC-CIK adoptive immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy. Methods 124 cases of primary esophageal cancer in shanxi tumor hospital were included in this study.62 patients only cheated with chemotherapy as the control group,the other 62 patients cheated with DC-CIK adoptive immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy as the experiment group .The patients in experiment group were extracted 50 ml peripheral blood before 2 days of the chemotherapy.we separate the mononuclear cells to cultivate DC-CIK cells, two week after chemotherapy, feedback the DC-CIK cells. Compare the change of T cell subsets in two groups such as CD 3+,CD 4+CD 8+,CD 3+CD 4+,CD 3+CD 8+,CD 4+CD 25 HiCD 127 LoCD 3-CD 16+CD 56+,CD 3+CD 16+CD 56+,CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+.meanwhile,compare the data of before and after the treatment in experiment group. Results The percentage of CD 3+,CD 3+CD 8+,CD 3-CD 16+CD 56+,CD 3+CD 16+CD 56+ rises generally in the experiment group (P<0.05);The ratio of CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+,CD 3+CD 4+,CD 4+C D 25 HiCD 127 Lo reduce observably(P<0.05).The percentage of CD 3+,CD 4+CD 8+,CD 3+CD 8+,CD 3-CD 16+CD 56+,CD 3+CD 16+CD 56+rises generally after the DC-CIK cell treatment in the experiment group (P<0.05).The ratio of CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+,CD 4+CD 25 HiCD 127 Lo,CD 3+CD 4+/CD 3+CD 8+ reduce observably (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of T cell subgroup is increased after the treatment of DC-CIK adoptive immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy.It can improve the immune system to a certain extent.
