目的：分析尿液分析仪和镜检法在尿液检测中的相关性。方法选择本院搜集的600份尿液标本，对所有标本给予尿液分析仪和镜检法检测，比较两种方法在尿液检测中的相关性。结果红细胞和尿蛋白检测阳性率，尿液分析仪明显高于镜检法(P<0.05)，但白细胞阳性率明显低于镜检法(P<0.05)。结论尿液分析仪检测敏感性较高，而镜检法的特异性相对更高，两种方法互为补充，对于存在异常的检测，二者联合运用，可以避免误诊、提高检测的准确性。
목적：분석뇨액분석의화경검법재뇨액검측중적상관성。방법선택본원수집적600빈뇨액표본，대소유표본급여뇨액분석의화경검법검측，비교량충방법재뇨액검측중적상관성。결과홍세포화뇨단백검측양성솔，뇨액분석의명현고우경검법(P<0.05)，단백세포양성솔명현저우경검법(P<0.05)。결론뇨액분석의검측민감성교고，이경검법적특이성상대경고，량충방법호위보충，대우존재이상적검측，이자연합운용，가이피면오진、제고검측적준학성。
Objective Analysis of cor elation of urine analyzer and microscopy method in urine test.Methods Choice we col ected 600 urine specimens for al specimens for urine analyzer and microscopy method to detect and compare two dif erent methods in the urine test of cor elation.Results Red blood cel s and the detection rate of urinary protein,microscopic examination of the urine analyzer was significantly higher (P<0.05),but the white blood cel s were significantly lower than microscopy method (P<0.05).Conclusion High detection sensitivity, urine analyzer and microscopy method specificity is relatively higher, the two methods complement each other, for there is abnormal detection, two methods used in combination, can avoid the misdiagnosis and improve the accuracy of detection.
