目的：探讨锁定钢板内固定在治疗股骨下段骨折患者中的应用，观察其治疗和护理效果。方法本组共45例股骨下段骨折患者，用锁定钢板内固定治疗，对其实施整体化护理，指导并鼓励患者早期功能锻炼。结果经术后9～16个月康复护理均愈合，且无发生术后感染、关节僵硬、肌肉萎缩等并发症。结论对股骨下段骨折围手术期患者进行有效的护理干预，能够提高手术成功率，减少术后并发症，帮助患者尽快恢复健康，值得在临床护理实践中推广应用。
목적：탐토쇄정강판내고정재치료고골하단골절환자중적응용，관찰기치료화호리효과。방법본조공45례고골하단골절환자，용쇄정강판내고정치료，대기실시정체화호리，지도병고려환자조기공능단련。결과경술후9～16개월강복호리균유합，차무발생술후감염、관절강경、기육위축등병발증。결론대고골하단골절위수술기환자진행유효적호리간예，능구제고수술성공솔，감소술후병발증，방조환자진쾌회복건강，치득재림상호리실천중추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the locking plate fixation in treatment of distal femoral fracture patient's application, to observe the therapeutic and nursing ef ect. Methods There were 45 cases of distal femoral fracture patients, locking plate fixation for the treatment, the implementation of holistic nursing care,guidance and encourage the early functional exercise of patients. Results After 9~16 months of rehabilitation nursing were healed, and no infection, stif joints,muscle atrophy occur ed after surgery. Conclusion Ef ective nursing intervention on peri operation period of distal femur fracturepatients, can improve the success rate of operation, reduce the postoperative complications, help patients recover as soon as possible, is worthy to be popularized in clinical nursing practice.
