目的：分析老年脑卒中患者肺部感染的因素，并探讨相关护理对策。方法随机从我院神经内科病房抽取脑卒中患者131例，经检测发现41例患者并发肺部感染，分析老年脑卒中患者肺部感染的因素，并探讨相关护理对策。结果通过研究发现老年脑卒中患者肺部感染的因素有自身因素、误吸、长期卧床、脱水剂应用呼吸道侵入性操作等。结论针对老年脑卒中患者肺部感染的因素，在相关护理过程中采取适当的护理措施，可降低感染率，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者生活质量。
목적：분석노년뇌졸중환자폐부감염적인소，병탐토상관호리대책。방법수궤종아원신경내과병방추취뇌졸중환자131례，경검측발현41례환자병발폐부감염，분석노년뇌졸중환자폐부감염적인소，병탐토상관호리대책。결과통과연구발현노년뇌졸중환자폐부감염적인소유자신인소、오흡、장기와상、탈수제응용호흡도침입성조작등。결론침대노년뇌졸중환자폐부감염적인소，재상관호리과정중채취괄당적호리조시，가강저감염솔，감경환자통고，제고환자생활질량。
Objective To analysis the factors of elderly pulmonary infection in stroke patients,and discuss the related countermeasure of nursing.Methods Randomly from 131 cases in our hospital from stroke patients in cadre ward,41 patients with pulmonary infection after testing found that,factor analysis of senile pulmonary infection in stroke patients,and discuss the related countermeasure of nursing.Results The study found that factors in elderly patients with pulmonary infection in stroke patients with its own factors,aspiration,long-term bedridden,dehydrating agent application respiratory tract invasive operation etc. Conclusion The factors of elderly stroke patient with pulmonary infection,take appropriate care measures in the nursing process,which can reduce the rate of infection, relieve the pain of patients,improve patient quality of life.
