目的：探讨人工髋关节置换术围手术期康复训练的效果。方法对18例人工髋关节置换术患者围手术期进行积极的心理疏导；科学规范的康复训练及正确的出院指导。结果本组18例，术后随访6个月~2年，均未发生人工关节脱位，下肢深静脉栓塞等并发症。结论患者功能恢复快，并发症少，提高了生活质量且缩短了住院时间。

목적：탐토인공관관절치환술위수술기강복훈련적효과。방법대18례인공관관절치환술환자위수술기진행적겁적심리소도；과학규범적강복훈련급정학적출원지도。결과본조18례，술후수방6개월~2년，균미발생인공관절탈위，하지심정맥전새등병발증。결론환자공능회복쾌，병발증소，제고료생활질량차축단료주원시간。
Objective To investigate the peri operation period of rehabilitation of hip replacement ef ect. Methods 18 cases of patients with artificial hip joint replacement during the peri operation positive psychological;scientific and standardized rehabilitation training and cor ect guidance.Results 18 patients, patients were fol owed up for 6 months to 2 years, no artificial joint dislocation, deep venous embolism complications. Conclusion The function of the patients with rapid recovery, fewer complications, improve life quality and shorten the hospitalization time.
