目的：考察康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃溃疡的疗效。方法将71例患者随机分为试验组和对照组。其中试验组41例，对照组30例。对照组患者每天服用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊1粒；试验组患者在对照组服药的基础上，口服康复新液3次/d ，10ml/次；两组均服药8w。结果试验组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为92.7%和76.7%，试验组显著高于对照组（P<0.01），对照组出现头痛便秘各2例，试验组出现便秘2例、头痛1例。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃溃疡疗效显著，优于奥美拉唑单用，无明显不良反应发生，值得临床推广应用。

목적：고찰강복신액연합오미랍서치료만성위궤양적료효。방법장71례환자수궤분위시험조화대조조。기중시험조41례，대조조30례。대조조환자매천복용오미랍서장용효낭1립；시험조환자재대조조복약적기출상，구복강복신액3차/d ，10ml/차；량조균복약8w。결과시험조여대조조적치료총유효솔분별위92.7%화76.7%，시험조현저고우대조조（P<0.01），대조조출현두통편비각2례，시험조출현편비2례、두통1례。결론강복신액연합오미랍서치료만성위궤양료효현저，우우오미랍서단용，무명현불량반응발생，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective Investigate new rehabilitation fluid combined omeprazole treatment the curative ef ect of chronic gastric ulcer.Methods 71 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group. 41 cases of test group and control group 30 cases. Control group patients a daily dose of omeprazole enteric capsules 1 grain;Medicine group patients in the control group, on the basis of a new liquid oral rehabilitation times a day 10 ml;Two groups are taking 8 weeks.Results The treatment of experimental group and control group total ef ective rate was 92.7%and 92.7%respectively, the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01), the control group have headaches constipation in 2 cases, 2 patients constipation, headache in 1 case.Conclusion New liquid recovery combined omeprazole has a good ef ect for the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer, is bet er than that of omeprazole alone, without obvious adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
